Hotel Arrangements
WARNING
We have been made aware of several scam emails and phishing attempts sent to GLIA 2023 participants/speakers about the congress in Berlin.
If you are contacted from any hotel agency regarding hotel rooms for GLIA 2023 (e.g. from travellerpoint / ehotelservices / expoforhotelservices, Larry Ellison or EHS), please note that they are not operating on our behalf.
Participants/symposia speaker may use our collaboration with Estrel and HRS (see below). Plenary speakers will receive all information regarding their hotel reservation from the congress organisation only (info@glia2023.eu).
Estrel Hotel
We have agreed special rates for the time period July 6 to 12, 2023 at the Estrel Hotel which is also the congress venue. Booking conditions and links are as follows:
Early bird rate (available until April 23, 2023)
Standard Single Room   120.75 EUR per night incl. breakfast
Standard Double Room  141.75 EUR per night incl. breakfast
Congress rate (valid from April 24, 2023)
Standard single room   131.25 EUR per night incl. breakfast
Standard double room  152.25 EUR per night incl. breakfast
Room booking is possible exclusively via the above links. With the booking a contract between the participant and ESTREL Hotel-Betriebs GmbH is concluded.
Each guest is a customer in the sense of the General Terms and Conditions of the Estrel Hotel and is liable for the rooms reserved but not used at the agreed gross room rate.
The rooms reserved from the contingent of the early booking rate can be cancelled and changed free of charge until April 23, 2023.
The rooms reserved from the contingent of the congress rate can be canceled and changed free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival.
In case of cancellation/reduction or no-show, the hotel is entitled to charge cancellation fees in the amount of 80% of the agreed room rate if the room is not resold.

With the booking a contract between the participant and HRS GmbH is concluded. Please find the booking conditions in the individual reservation offers.
